Norton eCare provides free 24/7 lactation support. In the middle of the night or day, on weekends or weekdays, we offer breastfeeding help whenever you need us.
Your visit will be with a Louisville-based Norton Healthcare family nurse practitioner through a secure video connection on your phone, tablet or computer. All sessions are private.
After your visit, a summary will be sent to your Norton MyChart account for your record and if you’d like to share it with your pediatrician or your doctor.
Sign in to your Norton MyChart account. If you don’t have a free Norton MyChart account, signing up is easy. If you plan to use a mobile device, download the MyChart app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Once you are signed in to your account on your phone, tablet or computer with a webcam, go to the main menu and select “Schedule an Appointment,” then, “Video Visit – Breastfeeding Support.” You will be asked to enter credit card information to hold your appointment, but won’t be charged.
Norton Women’s Care also offers in-person lactation support through the Baby Bistro & Boutique.
