Access Norton eCare
Anytime, Anywhere.

Virtual urgent care is available to adults and children ages 2 and older from the comfort and safety of home, 24/7.

We offer two types of urgent care telehealth visits through Norton MyChart — video visits and eVisits. Choose the option that fits your needs: Schedule it yourself through your Norton MyChart account.

Your Virtual Urgent Care Options

Norton eCare Video Visits

  • See a local Norton eCare nurse practitioner face to face through a secure, online video connection.
  • Prescriptions will be sent right to your pharmacy of choice.
  • If you would like testing for strep, Norton Healthcare Express Services offers drive-thru care without leaving your car.
  • Video visits are covered by most insurance plans, and copays are similar to an office visit. Self-pay options are also available.

Is a Video Visit Right for You?

  • Available for patients ages 2 and older.
  • The patient must be physically located in Kentucky or Indiana.

How to Get Started

  • Log in or sign up for a Norton MyChart account on your computer or download the MyChart app.
  • You’ll use Zoom to access your video visit, on any device.
  • Select “Menu,” then select “eCare Video Visit.”

Norton eCare eVisits

  • You’ll choose from a list of everyday health concerns in Norton MyChart. We’ll ask some questions about your symptoms and health history. A local, Norton eCare provider will review your answers and call you to discuss your treatment plan, including a prescription, if you need one.
  • No video is required.
  • Referrals for drive-thru testing are available if needed.
  • eVisits cost $40 without insurance, or copay varies based on your insurance plan.

Is an eVisit Right for You?

  • You’ve been a patient at Norton Healthcare within the past three years.
  • You live in Kentucky or Indiana.
  • Available for patients ages 5 and older.

How to Get Started

  • Login or sign up for a Norton MyChart account on your computer or download the MyChart app.
  • Select “Menu,” then select “E-Visit.”

What Our Patients Are Saying

“This service has been a godsend! Even though it was Monday morning at 7:30 a.m., I was able to get an appointment, be seen by a friendly, competent medical professional who immediately put me at ease.”

“I was sick and going anywhere sounded miserable. I was able to be seen via video and my husband was able to go pick up my prescription for me all while I stayed in my robe. Highly recommend!”

“I absolutely love Norton eCare. It helped me out a lot today considering I am at work. I wouldn’t change anything because the provider I had was amazing.”
