Learn More

Norton Prevention & Wellness health screenings can help you learn how to reduce your risk factors and guide you to medical care.

Our outreach nurses provide health screenings at convenient community locations, including libraries, churches and community centers.

The following screenings are available to individuals age 18 and older:

  • Blood pressure: High blood pressure can lead to heart disease, kidney disease and stroke.
  • Blood sugar: High blood sugar is a risk factor for heart disease and stroke.
  • Body mass index (BMI): A high BMI (weight/height ratio) is associated with many chronic diseases and cancer.
