Norton Prevention & Wellness Screenings

Learn More

We want you to feel your best — so you can live your best. We’re here to help you stay on top of important health screenings and understand your options.

Cardiovascular Screening

Our cardiovascular health screening can help you learn how to reduce your heart disease risk factors and find care if necessary. We screen for blood pressure, blood sugar, body mass index and cholesterol, as well as for diabetes with the A1C test. Knowing your cardiovascular risk factors can help decrease your risk of heart attack and stroke.

Colon Cancer Screenings

If you are age 50 to 75, it might be time for a colon cancer screening. If you are African American, screening is recommended beginning at age 45.

Norton Healthcare offers:

  • Colonoscopy: A thin tube with a camera is inserted into the colon to look for abnormalities.
  • Fecal immunochemical test (FIT): Stool is collected and sent to a lab to look for blood.
  • Cologuard: Stool is collected and sent to a lab to look for DNA changes and hidden blood. Other screening options may be available.
