Norton Neuroscience Institute patient support is offered at no cost to Norton Healthcare patients and their families, thanks to the support of donations to the Norton Healthcare Foundation.

Services include:

  • Prescription assistance
  • Guidance on disability benefits
  • Advice regarding employment concerns
  • Vocational rehabilitation
  • Assistance securing transportation to and from Norton Healthcare facilities
  • Financial and insurance consultation
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Education, exercise, therapeutic and support programming

Classes and Groups for Norton Neuroscience Institute Patients

If you do not attend a class for two sessions, your name could be removed from the registration list to allow someone from the waitlist to attend.

  • Dedicated patient navigators can help schedule follow-up appointments, coordinate prescription assistance, create customized diet plans and provide guidance on disability benefits, housing, financial and employment concerns and more.
  • Patients can access support groups, exercise classes and other educational events to connect with others and learn how to make the most of life while managing a neurological condition. 
  • Access an on-demand video library of educational content across a variety of condition-related topics is available.
  • We want to help prevent illness. Get help quitting smoking and learn the signs of stroke.
